Diane began her professional journey with an international staffing agency, where she successfully managed two award-winning offices in Minneapolis and Saint Paul. For over 20 years, she has dedicated her career to recruiting the nation’s top Executive Assistants and Chiefs of Staff and collaborating with Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations, and start-ups. Diane’s experience in both staffing recruitment and internal human resources has equipped her with a unique perspective and the skills necessary to match top-tier Executive and Personal Assistants and Chiefs of Staff with outstanding organizations nationwide.

Diane’s dedication extends far beyond recruitment. She is an active member of the Minnesota Chapter of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners), Team Women, and Let’s Talk Women. Diane also serves as a board member for the University of Minnesota College of Continuing and Professional Studies (CCAPS) Professional Development Program, where she mentors students and contributes to the U of MN Alumni Association Awards Committee.
